Airport Over 50s Club Lease Agreement

Council is seeking feedback on the proposed lease of clubrooms on community land at Coastwatchers’ Park, Fulham.

The building is located at 18 Coral Sea Road and has been home to the Airport Over 50s Club since 1982. The Club provides activities and social opportunities for older people in West Torrens.

Council is proposing the Club’s continued use of the building under a formal lease agreement for a period of 10 years, with an option to extend for a further 10. Under the proposed lease agreement, the Club will continue to operate as usual, and responsibilities of Council and the Club will be clearly defined.
