The Community Plan describes Council's vision for West Torrens, and sets the direction for how Council will serve and invest in our community.

Priorities set out in the Community Plan go on to be reflected in Council's budgets and business and management plans, and the Community Plan also demonstrates how Council meets it's obligations under the Local Government Act 1999. A successful Community Plan will reflect the priorities of our community; the individuals and families that call West Torrens home, as well as those who visit for work, study, or leisure.

Following extensive community consultation earlier this year, the Community Plan has been updated to ensure that it aligns with our community's values and aspirations, and takes in to account the emerging trends that will impact our city in years ahead.

We are now inviting community feedback on the updated Draft Community Plan.
